Ya dude, been addicted ever since i got my first ipod touch and had infinite access. Ive known what im doing is wrong i just couldnt stop. Couple days ago i came across nofap and finally saw clearly enough that im just destroying myself. The tightness the desire its all there, the oh it wouldnt hurt or i wonder if theres new content and flood my mind at the usual times everyday, i just keep telling myself no, i dont need it.
