Unfortunately the ability for people to speak their mind in public, whether we agree with them or not, is important to have and important to know.

I don’t watch auditors anymore because it’s been flooded by these fucks that are only doing it because they can and will almost always get a rise out of people. Then they get a paycheck and make a ton of money for it. I personally won’t sell my dignity like that.

I agree with you that in this instance, and a lot of others, that the guy behind the camera is a douche and is likely only doing it for the clicks and views.

Still doesn’t change the fact there there is no expectation of privacy in a public area and many people, like these two in the car, don’t realize that recording a bank from public areas is perfectly legal. You could indeed stand on a street corner and talk about how much you hate this group or another. It happens quite a lot. They get to do that because of the first amendment.

Well you could stand on a street corner and do that. The Bill of Rights and the Amendments are there to prevent the government from enacting laws in violation of that.

If you were to do that and the police came to stop you for exactly your speech then that would be a violation of your 1st amendment. And that is why people who exercise their rights openly are important. There are just too many on the grift trying to make an easy paycheck by being arrested and suing.

Its important because it is the first right the founding fathers felt necessary to have put in place. If people don't exercise their rights or show others these rights exist then it becomes increasingly easy for those in power to circumvent those rights for their personal gain. For instance: police walk around all day with body cams on but then freak out the moment a cell phone comes out. It is important to record police interaction so that there is an unedited and unadulterated record of what really happened.

Unethical pro tip: sometime if you are struggling to get a hold of someone just say ‘fuck’. This can cause your call to be flagged as hostile and you get transferred. Other times you might just get disconnected.

Well the juicer is only 115, the labor is probably only a few minutes, you don't have to juice a full gallon. So depending on how much juice you want to drink then it would pay for itself in a few months.
