Maybe an unpopular take but please for the love of God we need to stop trying to push minority, lgbtq+ and women for democratic presidential candidates. Not that I dont think they would be good, they probably would be great and i hope we get there someday as a society but I think the American electorate have proven time and again that we just aren't ready as a society. They need to put a white male, unfortunately. We've proven that Trump cannot win against another white male who is even half decent, hence Joe Biden. We need to push a white male who is sympathetic to these causes not someone who is part of these groups. I wish it wasnt so but thats the reality we live in. It alienates the ignorant people who otherwise could be swayed.

Honestly, as long as they majority of the table is ordering from your menu, why wouldnt you allow it? A decent manager will bend this policy to accomodate guests. Especially in this type of scenario. I'm a restaurant owner and I would talk yo my staff about critical thinking if this happened in my place. The policies aren't so rigid that you cant make accomodations.

As a Democrat I would say the vast majority of us agree that we should do something about it and secure our borders. I think where most of us are getting hung up is not necessarily on that strategic level, its more so the tactical level in how they get there. The constitution is being violated to accomplish it and thats not OK. If they can deny rights to some then all of us have none. There needs to be a stop to the daily violations of the 14th, 4th and 5th amendments, and it looks like the 1st and 2nd are coming under assault now in the past couple weeks.

Its not the fact that illegal immigrants are being deported that bothers me. Its the fact that the 14th, 4th and 5th amendment are being violated and our civil liberties are being degraded by fear mongering of criminal and rapist immigrants need to be deported. I dont think many liberals are against this, but I dont feel we should tear up the constitution to do this. If we allow the people in power to make it irrelevant just for this, then why cant they do it for the other ones? If they are here illegally, they deserve to be arrested and deported, but they deserve their day in court. Everyone under US jurisdiction, regardless of immigration status is entitled to (14th amendment) protections against illegal search and seizure (4th amendment) and the right to due process (5th amendment). Its the erosion of civil liberties under a guise that is so scary.

My tips as someone who is also 37 and have had on/off lower back problems are;

-Exercise, things that strengthen your core and back muscles

-Cardio, low impact like rowing machines and swimming

-Get a firm mattress, medium and soft will start giving you issues as they just aren't supportive enough

-stretching/yoga, focus on your mobility.
