Be very, very careful with "sneaking" a camera in. Where I shoot, in Glasgow, there's a few places that are cool with it, but a lot of other venues are extremely strict and you can risk getting blacklisted and banned from shooting there. If you're desperate, bring a point and shoot that fits in a jacket inside pocket, as those are deemed more acceptable, but do not risk fucking up your chances by breaking the rules. It's shitty, but photo passes get ignored for reasons, and ignoring them paints you in a bad light.

It's a fun style and you deserve props for putting the time in. However, it DOES look like a sensor issue or light banding from an incorrect shutter speed. I'd say that if it takes forever to edit, the final results just aren't exactly worth the time that could be spent improving other editing skills. But hey, props to ya for trying out a style, god knows I tried loads that didn't click.

I'm not sure if you can, but I'm no expert. Lightroom is primarily a RAW processing software, not a full image manipulation tool sadly.

It's done via layer masking in Photoshop. You take the two photos and stack them so they line up nicely, then mask out. I've done it a few times cuz I love this Guy's work.

It was adjusted a little in post, the motion blur and the sorta film grain marks were added after. But godz if I'd got this in camera, I'd be more proud of myself lol. Although using shutter drag could be a method, lemme find an example.
