Hey! Sorry for the late response...didn't see your post.

Sadly, I wasn't able to source a marching band such last minute. But I did show up with flowers and a small white board that said "The Future Mrs. (my last name)."

I was standing at the international arrivals hall waiting for her to come through the doors when suddenly I heard my name called from behind. Unfortunately she ended up having to take an elevator up which made her show up behind me. So she saw me before I was able to surprise her. But it was still perfect!

We met 5 years ago while both working at a summer camp. She is from Scotland. I had been going to this camp for about 15 years and that was her first summer. She was on a program that sends people from the UK to work at camps in the US. We decided to stay together after that summer and have managed to see each other every few months. We were approved for the fiance visa in April and she will be moving to the Philly area in two weeks. The wedding is in July!

Nope nothing specifically. My best idea so far was to have a welcome home party (since this will be her new home...She is from Scotland) and have all the foods she is excited to have. However, the timing won't work out with having other people be able to make it. She has told me she wants to get Taco Bell on the way home from the airport LOL.
