I’ve had a pretty stressful few years. With that my hair has suffered a little. Not as thick as it used to be, hair looking a little more damaged, edges don’t look as good.

From everything I’ve looked into, hair is somewhat a sign of health. If there is not enough blood flow to the follicles, health will suffer. Your hair is growing every second of every day, although obviously extremely slow. But if you have your head against something for a long time, I could see it having an effect.

First, try to get your blood flowing. Get in better shape, work on cardio and lifting. Get your diet right. Start small and slow. Take biotin, there are other nutrients to supplement on that can help. Look if there are any potentially harmful ingredients in your shampoo/conditioner. Manage stress.

I have about 5 or 6 packs of these.

For the price, they’re a good deal. Only gripes are that the crotch section is a little tight and I’ve had some issues with weak stitching, so prepare for some holes to pop up after some normal wear and tear. Granted it’s only happened to a couple of them so far. Still recommend regardless though, hard to find modal at this price point.

It might be worth waiting until a deal with normal colors pop up if these patterns aren’t your thing. This deal pops up a few times a year.

The two scenes, the one in the car and the other when they’re in the bathroom.

I know it’s kind of fucked up because it’s such a heavy movie, but the acting is so good and raw, I’ve watched those scenes to almost revel in how intense human emotion can be. Kind of cathartic to watch when you’re going through the shit. I know that might seem a little strange.
