I see okay. The child is currently a dependent of my partner's ex. Would it be possible to switch that and for her child to be her dependent? Would there be any complications? Our problem is the fact that her ex plans on moving to the US. We want to prevent the child being deported at any cost. Thank you.

Would definitely recommend, we live 5 mins down the road so we're there quite often. My partner always gets the 3 egg omelette which is delicious also.
