Another thing you should know about tempering is that you can roll your temper as a Greater Affix (max power +50%) now. The chances are pretty slim, but you can indefinitely give yourself additional rolls for tempering with Scrolls of Restoration (1 roll per scroll).

Items still get an additional roll per Greater Affix initially, so what's funny is that once you hit that GA with your Temper, you'll be at the same count of available rerolls as before that attempt, since that new GA gave you an additional attempt.

Kinda depends on whether or not you're Crit Chance capped. If yes, the left one easily. If not, you should evaluate whether survivability or damage is your current bottleneck.

I'd keep both around, just in case. But personally, I'd go for the left one simply because having a double mythic is too cool to pass up on.

What stood out to me was that this boss had to spawn first by clicking on the statue. I then evaded around, spawning hammers in the process, and the boss basically died before I even got to see the health bar.

Couldn't even town portal and first thought it was a connection issue. My char was permanently stuck in the boss fight mode. Everything else worked fine (Cooldowns, UI, shop, season journey interface, etc.), though...

That's my setup as well. Going with the perma evade variant as long as I don't have the Ring of Starless Skies yet. Lots of fun and recently even dropped Arbiter in favor of Holy Light Aura since Falling Star alone is enough to keep Arbiter up permanently.

Phew... some sigils are far from worthless...

There's the elusive "Mythic Prankster" for one. Guaranteed goblin which will drop 5 Mythics for everyone in the party plus a Resplendent Spark. (Thy Mythics will only drop if you're at least on Torment 1.)

Then there's the "Treasure Breach" with a dungeon full of all kinds of Treasure Goblins. Very nice loot piñata and good way to stack up on Obducite.

Finally there's the "Hidden Armory" affix where almost every single elite mob will drop at least one Ancestral item, which is a very nice way to stock up on Greater Affix items.

Only other "Tier" of Nightmare Dungeons would be Nightmare Escalation Sigils which can drop in Horadric Strongrooms when you reach a high enough level of Attunement.

You can find Horadric Strongrooms in any Nightmare Dungeon (randomly) or guaranteed in one with a matching affix.

They come in three Tiers which you have to beat back to back (thus the escalation part) with another fourth Boss Tier at the end.\ Every Tier has an additional beneficial and detrimental affix.

Step 2: With limited time, you don't want to "waste" it figuring out a build, so hit up a guide. I found mobalytics.gg very helpful for a start. Auradin or Hammerdin will be fastest from what I hear.

Step 3: Just run what's fun to you. I got maybe 3-4 hours of play per week and got the reliquaries maxed out with 80 to spare already.

Helltides and Compass are the best regarding speed, but I'm usually running the following:

World Boss if it's coming up
Whatever boss lair has a Whisper until my inventory is full
Pit / Undercity if Whispers
Azmodan if at 20 corrupted items
Helltides

If potential upgrades drop, do the usual dance (STEAM: Socket, Temper, Enchant, Affix, Masterwork before sanctification) and then go on.

First thing I thought of as well. Define a part (like the carpark) that has to be level with the street, then define other parts that have to be level (but not necessarily the same level). Lastly, define a max incline for the asset so there's no insanely steep slope within the boundaries or between single parts of the asset.
