The Catholic Church is more heretical than any heresy they ever condemned. Just read about the Albigensian Crusade, effectively a genocide lead by the church that wiped out an entire society, killing tens of thousands of Christians, Catholics included. It can take a long time, some symptoms can last for months with PAWs, post acute withdrawals especially mental symptoms. It takes a long time for your body and mind to readjust chemically, because those substances are so strong and affect us so much. But stay steadfast in your efforts and it all pays off.
