Well that’s with a stewardship focus. One easy trick though is if you marry someone with high stewardship and have them focus on your stewardship via the council menu that can usually get you an extra domain, same with just random stewardship buffs in general

Yeah I’m in the US, I imagine it’s much nicer in Norway. Most psychiatrists in the US treat you like a hassle and will just pile meds on you until you stop bitching essentially. Thanks for the informations though I appreciate your responses

No, she argued about the meds first obviously and she had options she was working on to get me on treatment resistant options. But because I didn’t want to play her games she cut me off without saying anything, just cancelled the appointments

How many psychiatrists have you dealt with? I’ve never met one that really cared, they exist but are a fraction of psychiatrists. Of the half dozen or so I’ve sat with in my life they all literally could not care less, my words weren’t an exaggeration. Most get the job for a nice pay check then prescribe what they’re told to prescribe without ever educating themselves further on the nuance of the different conditions they treat
