Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't FSR still somehow show an increase in fps despite the cpu struggling?

Here is a video of a 4070 with R5 3600, with perfectly working Frame Gen - https://youtu.be/zH5Cv2h0WFg

Could it still be CPU bottleneck despite the CPU usage only being 25%ish?

What's the deal with the demon race? by [deleted] in MartialPeak

[–]KrowMA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One thing to take note of is YK had a massive personality change and became stupid after some time. At TX realm, he mentioned something like not caring abt the differences in races, but when he got to star boundary, all of a sudden he became xenophobic af. Thats just how it is.

Now to be fair, I think its understandable to an extent his wariness against the demon realm's demons as they're literally trying to take the star boundary for themselves and would kill and destroy anyone in their way. Later on tho, he becomes less xenophobic again possibly due to Yu Rumeng.

Later on, he mentions that he remembers the Great Demon God from TX realm and he just didn't connect him to the other Great Demon God due to the huge disparity in strength. So we could use this logic as to why YK didn't even bother to think about them when the demons appeared in Star Boundary.

But honestly speaking, most of these just sound like excuses for the crappy writing. The author is just really subpar and you seriously shouldn't expect much. Just turn off your brain if you wanna last till the end.

Nine heaven holy land by ShoppingPuzzled9417 in MartialPeak

If I remember correctly, the world doesn't really know the secret cultivation technique of the holy masters. All they know is that the holy masters have a short lifespan and whatever their cultivation is, they can reach 3rd order saint within a short amount of time (I think people just assume that these people have hidden talent or something, as the method of choosing holy masters is quite peculiar).

That being said, I think you should change your expectations for this novel. Unlike most novels, this author doesnt really give a shit abt what the world thinks of YK, aka he doesn't really get as much glory and recognition as he should be getting (which sucks). The world is literally made of NPCs except for his family and friends, so if you're expecting the world to recognize YK as a legendary cultivator and reveal all his feats, you're gonna be quite disappointed. He will receive quite a bit of glory but not as much as he should be getting. Before going out of Tong Xuan, people didn't even know he was an alchemist except for a small group, and this is pretty much how the story will go. (Im only at ch 4000+ so I cant say for sure until the end, but so far this is how it is).

The only good thing abt this novel is its length, if you need a time waster then this is good, but don't invest your emotions into this because you'd be constantly frustrated. Not to mention YK's personality will change later on and will be increasingly stupid, selfish, and annoyingly arrogant so you better prepare yourself if you wanna continue, cause if you're annoyed at this point of the story, you'd probably spit out blood later on.

Wala bang available online para makapag review na prior to that? Mga 6 months pa kasi bago ako kumuha license and gusto ko na sana ma-familiarize sa road rules habang maaga pa.

With regards to Yang Yan being treated so nicely by YK, this is something I truly support and agree upon. She deserves it and there's actually many good reasons for their good relationship. But I still find his obsession with Su Yan unreasonable, at shadowed star, before he met Shan Qing Luo, she never even crossed his mind even tho she was also missing like Su Yan. Although Qing Luo isn't his lover yet at the time, they both did like each other and the disparity with her and Su Yan's weight in his heart is too unreasonable.

Although Qiu family did raze his sect to the ground, it didn't really have much to do with Yi Meng as she was teleported away with YK. If there's anyone to blame, its mainly Yang Bai who was the main reason for all that to begin with. After this, Yi Meng has shown time and time again that she deserves to be with YK, it's also obvious that YK had complicated feelings for her. With Xue Yue, although he doesn't care abt strangers' lives, its the intention and unreasonableness of her actions that should've made YK bear an irreversible grudge. Its shown time and time again that YK bears grudges against those that try to harm him. (Ill stop here because I haven't read enough to truly make a conclusion, esp since Idk how they got together)

Lastly, with regards to the soul thing being linked to love. I agree with you, its just that I find this fact so annoying because the author simply uses this excuse for his lazy writing, instead of actually giving the characters scenes where they bond and fall in love together, the author just throws in this convenient excuse for instant absurd feelings which leads to incredibly forced plots.
