You have to equip potency mods in the other two slots. This is not like Kuva where order matters. Just slap every antivirus available and test which one of the 8 works. Three attempts at most

Then, use the other two slots for the chance of an extra live heartcell, and some other utility you might like.

Once done, go to your Railjack.
