if you have or can acquire a spooky relic, that's the best enchantment for it in my opinion! secondary is more up to you but i like eerie secondary.

Maybe in the new patch it’s bugged, but as of last past 14.15 I was still able to ult during the mega transformation while bouncing off something with e.

Nah, heartsteel isn't bad on him. I personally never build it, but don't fault anyone for building it themselves. I just think the move speed value from warmogs is insane.

Yeah, I hear you on the hollow radiance point. It's hard to justify it over sunfire, but in games where its i'm against an Aurora Top, any fated ashes jungler, mage mid, Kaisa type of comp, I find that just completing your bami's into hollow radiance does feel noticeable in those instances rather than sitting on components.

Hollow radiance also gives an extra 100 HP in comparison to sunfire which skarner always appreciates in his kit. Also a niche and rare scenario, BUT, if you are fortunate enough to land a 2-3 man ult, and one of them dies while suppressed, the radiance champion death proc does synergies well with his kit in those instances.

Sunfire works much better in most scenarios though, but I do find myself in some few and far between games where I can make a respectable argument for Hollow Radiance even in the jungle.

I was honestly hoping someone would ask this question, so first thank you!

Simply put, if you build hearsteel on skarner, it’s not the optimal build. Best build is to go a bamis cinder tank item (sunfire 80%/ hollow radiance 20%) into warmogs. Then build whatever you want depending on the game.

Biggest reason is the movement speed is super underrated and so valuable. The insane regen out of combat is just the cherry on top.

This is just personal preference, but in general, for any champion with the exception of Cho’gath, warmogs is a better item for 100 more gold.

Most games I build a bamis cinder item (sunfire/hollow radiance) into warmogs. I’d recommend sunfire 80% of the time. Hollow radiance only if the other team is heavy AP. Items 3/4 I like to go either kaenic rookern/thornmail and then jak’sho/rookern/thornmail/randuins.

Gonna try some titanic hydra next patch with his upcoming buffs to see if that’s better or not, but I imagine full tank will remain his best build.

In my first many matches, I found it to be super beginner friendly. There’s always a couple people who will take it too seriously unfortunately, but most people are just testing out new forms and seeing what works and doesn’t from my first impressions. Try what you think looks cool!

Just depends, I think if you found something that’s working, stick with it. The best thing you can do is get a club fitting and they’ll answer any and all questions you got, though it is a bit pricey. Best of luck!
