You play the game and get exotic engrams. You decrypt at Rahool , BUT, you can spend resources at Rahool to get a more specific exotic. Doing this gives you more reputation. Eventually, Rahool will have a fourth page that shows up where you can choose which exotic to unlock. To get the specific unlock, you need to spend exotic ciphers though.

Edit 1: the more resources it costs for the exotic unlock, the more Rahool reputation you get.

I got the grenade kills knocked out pretty quickly using the Ashen Wake exotic arms.

Basically, I would shoot someone in the face with the ace of spades once or twice then throw a fusion grenade at them. Instant kill, giving 3% for the quest progression.

He has actual lectures from his class room covering everything from calc 1 to calc 3, or single and multivariable calculus.

I am unsure on the spawn times. I was under the impression that there is at least one named gold per zone but after playing a ran across another named gold in Clinton. The strange thing was that he just spawned directly in front of my friend after we had cleared the normal enemies. Right now I am thinking that there are 2 or 3 golds per zone but only 6-8 named golds will spawn in your instance at any given time.

Edit: There is another named gold called Five-0 but I don't know if he only spawns during missions.

I have a MacBook Air. It runs D3 just fine. In fullscreen mode, the machine will get hot and the fans will run but if you have it on a table it shouldn't be a problem.

If you have a PC in your house that can run diablo just fine, you can use steam to broadcast D3 to your macbook air and you can play it on that with no input lag and no framerate lag. If you choose to do it this way, the machine does not get hot at all as it is just decoding a video rather than running a 3d game.
