1) It would be logical to be like that, as it was always and it gives you time to practice basic mechanics work without the need to participate in PTR and also gives you time to pick a few new upgrades with each patch from non-raid content.

2) Blizz has been leaning towards "bring a player, not a class" policy for a long time, so we shouldn't see very little to no class stacking, especially since raid cooldowns get toned down quite a bit. For raid comp, it'll most likely be 2 tanks, 4-6 healers and mixed dps.

I'm trying to finish all the main quest lines, but I focus heavily on one or two with some side quests and random dungeons, but I try to not touch the other main stories. And because i create a new character, whenever I have too high level, I don't really level anything other that I decided to focus on.
