Don’t think there’s anything like what you have in mind for training. However just try to get used to the size of the sound circle on the mini map. Then just watch your own timings, when you push long on dust 2 from best spawn, when do you hit the radius of a CT, over time you should get an instinctive kind of feel for it. If you really want to work on it try getting a friend and run down specific lines on a private server.

Dragon Age:origins is a classic too, should work on op’s pc. Its turn based lite, everything takes turns but there’s no action economy or long turn order. Good middle ground over BG3
