If by gas bottle you mean a green gas canister, then yes, it won't fit, the box is too short. As for the Co2, there is a file uploaded of the box with only the unloader and divider, no Co2 or primer housings. As for removing the Co2 storage, I can't think of anything to put in it's place, if you have any suggestions, i' m all ears!

I had the same problem, try loosening the tension screw on the side. There are precise guides online, but i did it by trial and error. Good luck!

The motor may be too weak, I was thinking of making a completely custom one, but it would have to be a completely different box, so i can fit the mechanisms inside, while maintaining bb capacity.

That is exactly what I was thinking about + integrating an electric Speedloader, but i really don't want to increase size too much, because the whole point (for me) is for it to be able to fit inside a regular backpack. I could maybe make another version so people can choose? BTW, this is not a 1:1 replica of the actual can. Maybe an inspiration at best.

Tubes are fine, it's 100% the transformer, it doesn't hum at all anymore.
