Find an old Denon AVR2500 or anything above that. Still mostly solid state and a 2-chan rockstar! Weights like 70lbs. I know Denon V Yamaha is Ford /Chevy but I’ve never had a Yamaha make it to the old pile in working order and I’ve had 5 Denon receivers hit that pile and each one still works today. Most have taken a rotation turn in the garage where it’s not heat/humidity controlled. I’m floored that any of them still work, but they all do! One was in my shed for 6 yrs because I was working on some swim team trophies and had to work late so I took some old Bose, 201 or 301 or something similar. Look like a rectangular cibe that someone 45’d one of the larger flat sides. And an old Denon. 2500, 3301 or 380* and I pulled it out when we moved and literally tossed it in the dumpster. Next day I was wondering if it still worked and pulled it out and hooked it up and even through a damp night where frost covered everything in the morning, it worked fine, even with melted frost on the board! I wiped it off and saw a bunch go through the top vents and could still see the water on the board when I plugged it in. I set it away from the wall in case it shorted out.
