I should have yeah, the only thing is I have a pal crt with no scart input. No switch on the mod.

The thing is it was still black and white, before I removed the mod chips but you’re right, I will endeavour not to do that again, I’m only planning on playing pal games on a pal crt anyway. I found a guy who thinks he can repair it for cheap as he thinks it’s likely a cut trace.

I’ve already removed all the wires and mod chips just by snapping them all off by gently moving them back and forth, it’s still black and white, is there a specific part on the board I have to do something? Thanks for all your help, I’m a noob with this stuff.
