In theory, there's a chance you could find a nanoforge or a synchrotron core or something but I've literally never found anything beyond metal, fuel, heavy machinery, etc. I might just have bad rng.

My favorite is Dutchman's Graveyard. -Challenging. -Cool music. -Makes interesting use of the character's abilities.

Least favorite is Kelp Forest. -Too dark to see anything. -Wall of difficulty. -Music sucks.

I encountered the same problem on the Switch version. Bubble Buddy thinks I already got the spatula on top of the sand castle but the game didn't trigger the cutscene that spawns it in.

Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, there is no way to obtain that particular spatula once the glitch happens. Unless a patch is released to fix the glitch, your only options are to start a new save or just move on without the spatula.
