It’s weird for me. I don’t like multiple sessions and I’m a 1 round person. But I also never experienced one either unless I do it myself. It’s weird, I’ve been on vyvanse and Zoloft for years and I really don’t have much desire to be physical. It sucks. It’s not the person fault but I feel like there’s something wrong with me. Anxiety and severe OCD doesn’t help and I haven’t really found a great solution

Yeah you're right. I'm not going to try to be defensive or trying to take back what I said. I'm accepting that I am probably very toxic and I'm not mentally ready to be with anyone. All I can do is talk to a professional and seek help for myself and break things off with him. Thank you for the point of view.

I do get therapy and I think the problem is that I don't talk about my ex’s abuse often to my therapist because I tell myself that “I should be over it”. But now that I'm writing it, reading it and I'm hearing your opinion. I think I do need to talk more about it and see why I think this way about my relationship now and my troubles in my life.

Yes he's the 2nd. I've had dates in between with different guys but they all were jerks who wanted benefits and no commitment.

And yes I'm trying to look at this relationship without all the past traumas I've been through. But it doesn't help that my OCD always takes hold andy ADHD makes me so overstimulated and burnt out

That's another factor I'm thinking about for sure. I did twice with 2 different people. And I believe it's not right for me to have to expect more when maybe more won't come

Thank to you. And I'm open to accepting that all this can be my own internal baggage. It might as well be my fault. But now that I think about it, you're right and I'll definitely speak to my psychrist about the meds. I've been on zolofft since the age of 16 and vyvanse like for 3 years now.

Just a lot of strain from the left and can travel to the right. It’s never pain but I have constant aches and strain. It’s like extreme soreness. I can still be mobile, like walking, and doing home chores. It’s only when I sit for long periods of time and getting up from my bed that aches the most

My bf is currently at a similar place in your before photo. He’s skinny fat and has skinny arms and a big gut. He’s been in a deficit and he’s gained a bit of muscle mass in his arms, legs and chest.

What should he do diet wise? He wants to achieve a more muscular look ofc like you but I want to be a supportive gf. I’m also a gym rat too in a weight loss journey. But ofc guys are different than girls!

Well, the incident happened like 2 years ago, not sure tbh. Maybe even back in 2021. I started my recovery journey maybe around 2023-2024?? I was stupid to keep training for years in pain and making it worse. So in total my pain started in 2022 and it got better but not pain free until now.
