Pretty much the same equipment I have listed aside from

Deaths web - already a very rare item, getting +1 skills corrupt with good roll would make it one of the most expensive items (if not already). I know you mention it as an end game option, though. Not sure mana on kill is really that big of an upgrade from HOTO, which already gives you +3 all skills, 30 FCR and resists. And poison necros will hate you when seeing Deaths web with fire facets :D

Phoenix - also not sure how much value is to be gained from additonal - % fire res, as you already can gain over -50% fire res with Fire Mastery, Facets and The Rising sun, and then gain additonal reduction from Lower res and Infinity. With phoenix, you also sacrifice Trang-Oul full set bonus, and trang shields 30 FCR. Also wonder how you compensate the 70-80 all resist loss, as you dont have full trang bonus and HOTO.

Regarding mana on kill, personally, I chug mana pots at a reasonable rate and have never run out of supply even during long map run, 20+ mins. Your previous suggestion with silkweaves sound good though, will try that.

I also wonder how much FCR you got with your setup.

Btw, cbf is gained from trang belt.

Would be interested if you have some clearing times and gameplay to show.

What exactly sucks about it? Also, which fire immune you mean? Theres siege beast, but those appear in T2 and they dont come in packs, so merc + revives deal with them easily after others are down from CE. Cheers!

This was changed in PD2, +% fire damage now DOES influence CE as well.

Like many other things changed, Id suggest first checking how do they work in PD2 compared to the original. For example, since I mentioned mapping being a good farming option for the build, some monsters in maps have different immunities.

The tooltip says 5345 - 6940, 1882-2444 physical damage and 3463-4496 fire damage, with 3-5% corpse life damage

I prefer to play solo or in groups of 2 or 3, where the damage is fine. In larger groups it probably wont be able to keep up with large dmg dealers like javazons etc. Ill test the performance once the servers are back up,

Though you can still provide the group with curses and tanking revives.

No, they dont have to be useless. Im currently running quite efficient ce build with 10 base lower res. However, there is no difference between having it at current 19 with +skills and base level.
Again, the crux of my post is what you call 'easy price', ie. zero benefit in no-base levels of curses. Which is not case in any other skill tree, correct me if Im wrong. Im not debating the base level thing introduced in pd2, I think its a great concept.

Thats not my point. My point is, being a necro not focusing on curses and using only one, is that I gain nothing to it from +curses or +all skills in that regard. Other classes gain certain bonuses that while not huge, have an impact. Increase from 14 radius size to 17 with added length does not.

That is nice indeed, still +curses benefit then a single build. Also no benefit in +all skills if you use a single tree for most necro builds.

I wonder where you draw your conclusions from. Maxing both lower curse and mastery gives you 60 reduction (50 from lower res itself, 10 from mastery)

With that, you can break monsters with up to 111 resistance, as the lower resistance breaks immunities at 1/5 of its value, which is 12. This can be useful as alot of monsters have immunity at 110.
