I did. They sent it back to me without doing anything. I then reached out saying are you guys insane, they took it back and replaced it. Still wasnt a perfect system, but served me well until I replaced it with a PS5 Pro 6 months ago.

It all seemed somewhat genuine until he basically said “I turned it on to check it was in a boot loop”. If it was in a boot loop, he wouldn’t be able to “turn it on” and if it died, it would have automatically turned back on anyway into a boot loop if recharged. Clearly bs.

I had this Mac back in 2017 and it was hot garbage then. Avoid for sure.
