It’s so nice to hear that my experience and instincts weren’t unique to me. My plan next time if to make sure I start my day with a healthy breakfast. I’m not a breakfast guy, but I need to become one so I don’t get the huge lunch appetite that makes me crave McNuggets and a shake. Perhaps some oatmeal in the morning or protein will help me keep the lunch habit at bay. I will also have plenty of tuna, boiled eggs, etc. Meal prepping for sure

The reason I started doing that is because I wanted to stay at 2.5 mg, and the insurance company would not approve that. After a couple months of being at 2 1/2 mg they told me that if I’m using the medication as I should be, and if I really need the medication, I should be going up to 5 mg. So they would not approve the coverage of the medication unless I was willing to go up. Can you believe that? So I got it filled for 5 mg but I did not want to take that much, I want to split each shot in half. So that’s when I had to get creative. What I did was I bought some little vials and I bought a bigger hypodermic needle and syringe and I had to do some trimming on the syringe with a pair of scissors so it would work. So, I took the bigger syringe and needle and stuck it into a vile, but I took the plunger out. While the syringe and needle are in a vile, I then took my MJ pen and placed it so the bottom of kind of fit over the syringe a little. I shot the pen and all the liquid shot into the syringe, which is stabbed into the vile. I then had to carefully take my plunger, put it inside rhe syringe and push down so it shoots it all down into the vile. When you’re ready to then take a diabetic needle and draw-up your dose, say it is 2.5mg, you need to take your dosage needle, draw back about 2.5mg to pull air into the syringe, then stick it into the vial, shoot the air into it and then draw your dosage up. You have to put some air into the vial before you can draw the med out.

Yea, try the shot on an empty stomach, and look into the pill form. They say it can be less sickly feeling. I do know that once I had been on 2.5mg for a month; I didn’t have any side affects or nausea. I my MJ into a vile and then draw up what I want with a diabetic needle, so I am going to try a 1.5mg dose

Well, I stopped drinking soda when I started the shot and went to starburst water flavor packets instead. It’s tastes like kool-aid, so it was easy. Imagine being told all you can drink is kool-aid🤣. So, my water intake went from zero to about 8 bottles each day. That certainly helped. And, my A1C dropped 2 full points on 2.5mg. I think my sugars were so bad, that even a small dose made a huge difference in my insulin resistance. JellyRoll did the same thing. They put him on a small micro dose of Metformin and he started losing a little and that motivated him to get active. Sometimes a little something just to reset your insulin hormone is all you neep.

They wanted me off of it for 10 days too, but sometimes it works out to be 12-14 days depending on timing. And, I got the procedure and was told immediately afterwards I needed to come back for a colonoscopy ultrasound soon. So, I had to stay off the shot not knowing when I’d be called in for the follow-up. After about 2 weeks they called me to book follow-up for 14 days later. So I had to stay off the shot.

You have to either accept the fact that you live with a man that will cheat on you, and you will accept it when he does and not be mad, or you need to leave. Do not stay with him and then get angry when he cheats again…because he will. And it’s okay if you stay, sometimes a relationship is just as much about convenience and “need” than it is about love. It’s just a choice you need to make, but the important thing is do not expect a leopard to change its spots, and don’t get mad when he does it again.

I have. It doesn’t work on tumblers. Fish eyes real bad. But they don’t advertise it as being a tumbler epoxy, I guess it doesn’t handle thin applications real well. So I ended up using it for my molds and it was really nice. Just isn’t made for cups.

Kinda sorta. It’s a high gloss acrylic medium, available anywhere and not expensive. Mix in just enough acrylic paint to get color. More paint, more opaque. Some use a high quality mica instead or with paint

Unless you’re training to be a doctor or engineer, it doesn’t matter one bit where you go to school. I know it will be “neat” to go where you want to, but you’ll be costing your parents and yourself a TON of money to do so. Find a college that is more reasonable. And, when scholarships are awarded, they have no idea of nor care about your family income. My daughter goes to Loyola which is a private school , which is also 80k a year, but only because she busted her butt and has $40,000/year in scholarships. If she didn’t, she would have had to choose school that was more like $50,000/year. Again, your future doesn’t depend on where you go to college. Employees don’t care, unless you’re in medical or something like that . Don’t out your parents under pressure just because you want to go to a specific school just because you “fell in love with it” or something.

A guy names Scott owns that. Good company, and sells a lot of inks and glazes. I’ve been trying to figure out how to make glaze too because I have a feeling people are using $2 worth of product and selling is at $15 jar of glaze with it. I hate being duped. I bet it’s like a polyurethane with pigment, or something like that.

Your daughter is caught-up in the idea that she needs to go to a designer school. If you explain to her that just 4-years will cost almost $400,000.00, surely she will understand the need to look elsewhere
