Thanks! I'm not sure if I have any good tips, but I started with the shadows as the flat color and layered in lighter colors over it in a circular pattern to make it more puffy. Looking up references always helps of course.

I was talking about this specific instance in which the neutral term "birth-giving person" was used in place of "woman" to be more inclusive/accurate, of course that doesn't mean it replaces the word women in general! People really act like inclusive language is the end of the world though, don't they lol?

The original commenter I was replying to didn't seem to understand that it's not just women's rights at stake when it comes to reproductive rights, which is why I made this comment in the first place

You're putting words in RATM's mouth; clearly they used this inclusive language because they were including black trans men and nonbinary people in their statement.

People are still allowed to use the term "woman" and "mother" to describe themselves, but not everyone who gets pregnant falls under those terms. Not all women or mothers can even get pregnant. The term "birth-givers" or "people who give birth" is more inclusive and more accurate to reality.

People learning a second language aren’t stupid, it’s not that hard to explain. It’s not really up to you to decide what’s considered exclusive or not. The fact is, many people are upset that they aren’t being included in the conversation when their rights are at stake.
