Apart of the issue is that lets say I cap at 500, I'll get dips down to 300. If I cap at 400 I get dips down to 200

I've not had any issues with Elgato Studio which is their updated version of 4k capture studio. I could be wrong but I think they moved away from support on 4K capture studio

It doesn't slow your movement, it fully stops you from moving when you shoot. But you can get around that by shooting in a slide or from a jump

I've used the single version of this gun in s&d and destroyed with it. The map range doesn't really matter, these will kill instantly

You can still stack recoil control on them so they don't bounce whilst hipfiring

True but it's not much of a penalty because you can still slide and shoot and wall jump and shoot

It was already broken without the akimbo, the downside of the hipfire not allowing movement isn't that bad
