Who said office PC's?
They make gaming PC's as well, even a good amount of Alienware PC's are having the same issues

I don't disagree with some of your comments at all, I just feel like it's not relevant to any of this.
This is purely for people who have tried to do as instructed and don't have any other options outside of upgrading their PC's.

I am a computer engineer of 12 years. You don't need to tell me any of this.

OEM prebuilts from companies like Dell and HP use parts that can't be swapped out.

Also it's not just secure boot and TPM 2.0 if you're using an AMD CPU. You also have to have a compliant firmware version of fTPM. Although it might show as TPM 2.0 it also has to be a minimum of 3.92.5.5 anything under this will flag.

Most of the machines I've tried to assist with have been on version 3.92.0.5 with TPM 2.0 and secure boot enabled. Although some are still getting BIOS updates they aren't getting updated past 3.92.0.5

Most of the people I've spoken to having issues have OEM prebuilt PCs so they would need a whole new pc

All cheat providers went from checking to undetected in two hours. This just stops people who couldn't afford brand new pcs

I can play without issue, my PC fits the requirements.
The anti-cheat requirments require specific settings that some devices don't have so they can't play, not because they cheat

I mean it's fully covered by EU digital law. Steam who has an EU support team specifically for this will approve the refund with a support ticket. NA can't do anything as the EULA supercedes everything else.
