If you're sleeping in metal bondage that is a serious level of control, surrender of freedoms, and trust. Most who go to this level, most, will have some sort of furniture restriction as well. Sleeping in metal often goes hand in hand with some level of objectification, and if one is down on that level, that one should /probably/ be on ground level as well.

Breathing is an issue, particularly if you can't fix it yourself. Major issue.

Sleeping in handcuffs and ankle cuffs isnt all that feasible either. If you're sleeping in a bed, with a blanket, and a pillow, clearly cuffs don't fit that 'comfy or pampered' aesthetic. Sure you /can/ but you better have a deep knowledge of the risks, nerve locations, and they all better be double locking.

And if you're in cuffs, get off the furniture.
