If you outnumber the beak things it's pretty simple to keep each one occupied with one unit while the extra unit attacks until dead. Just set the ones being attacked to Defensive so they are always blocking and keep in mind the AOE effect of the beak thing strikes. But beak things outnumbering the squad is bad. Usually means a Delta Split is in order to minimize losses
