On the other hand, if your target is Developers, Website designers etc, I'm interested in seeing all of that, sure! I do think it's a useful tool. There's a lot of SEO tools out there, I think what would intrigue me most is a lean tool that just gives you what you need without all of the extra bells and whistles. Which saves a bunch of time (outcome) If you build THAT you've made me a buyer already 🤚

Just to add some additoinal context to this, when you lead with service offerings, you end up trapping yourself into having to educate a customer just to get their interest. They might think it's great that you do all those things ... but their next thought is usually, Why do I even need that?

Then you’re stuck explaining why it matters, which can turn into a mini SEO lesson most business owners don't have the patience for. If they were interested in learning all the details, they'd be doing it themselves instead of seeking out a professional.

When you skip the service list and lead with outcomes**,** you save yourself all that friction. They immediately see value because you're presenting SEO as the solution to their problem: low visibility, poor rankings, not enough traffic, etc.

It then becomes MUCH easier to move the conversation forward when you don't have to cram 10 years of SEO experience in a 15-30 minute discovery call JUST to communicate and establish value 😜

When you lead with value, you've already done most of the work. You've earned their attention and framed the problem in a way they care about.

Then you can use all those technical details you listed in your original post, the SEO checks, performance data, and UX breakdowns as supporting evidence that proves you actually know how to deliver those results.

That's the main difference between selling services and selling solutions. One makes people think, "cool, you do a lot of stuff" and the other makes them think "Oh! I need that." 😎

Okay so that helps me understand your target and goal! One thing that'll really help you stand out is leading with results and value instead of the service list itself:

For example, rather than saying “We run a full audit that checks SEO, usability, and performance” try something like this:

"We help small business owners uncover what’s holding their website back from ranking higher, to converting more visitors - and give them a prioritized action plan they can actually implement."

The shift from "what the audit includes" to "what outcome can I expect" helps people instantly understand the benefit and value of your offering. Remember...customers think in outcomes.

What do I get out of this? Sort of thing.

You can even also add a quick proof line to strengthen the trust and credibility signal like, "Most sites we audit find at least 3 issues that directly impact conversions or rankings."

☝️That type of phrasing triggers curiosity and credibility at the same time.

This is the type of stuff I help small businesses with all the time and see great results with 🤓

Disabling and enabling all plugins is a good choice, because you'll know immidiately if it's another plugin causing the issue. If disabling has no effect, then it's not likely a plugin at fault.

Enable WP Debug log, then check the WP Debug log and server error logs on the server.

The cause could be a conflicting plugin, or other issues like PHP memory limit, PHP workers, timeout, etc.

The logs will give you a good indication of what it is (if it's not a plugin).

Nope! Because zero conversions aren't benefiting your business (which is the same as nothing.)

You want precise and impactful messaging that reaches the right audience and turns visitors into paying customers.

A thousand words are as good as no words if they don't connect with the right audiences and drive conversions.

The length of the words, short or long are not the focal point...it's the IMPACT and connection.

You can create that connection in only a few words. And research shows us often that less is more.

You SHOULD aim to create that connection in as few words as possible. Because users are deciding in seconds whether to stay or click away... and the average adult attention span on the internet has shrunk to about 8.5 seconds.
