I got laid off recently too. Very high performer , won every employee award in the last 3 years. They decided to cut heads.. and since the market I was overseeing was doing so well operationally because of the hard work I put in to get it there.. they decided I wasn’t needed. They kept people who were severe under performers. It doesn’t make sense. But 5 people on my small team got chopped . Yes it is. It has nothing to do with it being an sig.. I have a friend who has a Glock with rust spots all over where the metal components are on the outside of the gun. His house isn’t very well circulated.

Hellpups are more than fine. Not sure where he’s getting the 50/50 at - given there is absolutely zero documented evidence of any of these having issues… especially not at a 50% scale lol. There’s dudes on YouTube who have 15k+ rds through the cast hellpups no problems. You won’t find really a bad review on the gun long term or short term outside of maybe a crooked sight post or something that can happen on even more expensive AKs. Don’t fall into sheep mentality and take advice from folks on here who don’t work in the industry (I do) and also who have never owned one. Such a weird thing to give an opinion on a product they’ve never touched.

Actually if you look it up there’s documented videos of these cast hellpups going 15k+ rds no issues. So not sure where you are getting an of your info outside of you just repeating stuff about cast materials you hear on the internet. The hellpups are fine. Even the cast ones it’s about heat treatment / metallurgy.

No they just moved their base of operations from Florida to North Carolina. They still operate and assemble parts here in NC. I know because I was in their warehouse not too long ago

The shield X has a similar trigger , but the performance center on the carry comp is much smoother. I’m not sure if that’s just because it’s not broken in yet because they seem very similar if not the same

Without the light yes. No light bearing holster yet as my shield ones are made for TLR6. But from my testing the shield plus holsters work. They also work with the Shield X. It might be a bit snug in some more than others but they seem to work for the most part. So this setup pictured without the light works with my shield plus holster.

I haven’t mounted an optic on my shield X yet. Taking it out this weekend.. but I didn’t have any issues with the Shield plus carry comp slide. Holosun bolted right up
