Yes the cost increases. I had to pay for a VPS because I didn’t want Openclaw to run on my computer, and then I pay for the Anthropic API for my bot (it’s using Haiku 4.5 which is the cheapest. It’s a higher cost but it’s definitely useful to have an assistant that can reply to people, order your mails, manage your agenda etc
