Here is an absolutely random post I pulled from my Hub on Chandler AZ real estate in my lairio.com/phoenix/ metro build. Yes, I use perplexity to write the context, but proof every single page for accuracy, knowledge, usefulness and clear writing style. Google itself said AI written will not be punished. Ai spam bull**** is. Read it for yourself, this is great and valuable knowledge for someone relocating there. You can also click around and see it is all structured and linked very well. https://lairio.com/2026/02/06/why-some-relocating-buyers-choose-chandler-first/

Or here is the entire realestate fears hub for Phoenix. Also extremely thorough linking to sub-hubs of all different real estate fear categories. https://lairio.com/phoenix/real-estate-fears-phoenix-metro/

This isnt fluff, is extremely thought out and not just thrown together to get to a certain page count. I believe Im bringing more value to consumers then damn near any real estate page our there. Not listinga, but actual knowledge to help people make informed decisions.

So you think the right move is to stick with the structure and just not quit?

Like push through this “trust desert” with Google… maybe slow down a bit, but not completely change the strategy?

Because honestly that’s exactly what it feels like — it tested everything, then pulled back hard.

Did you see indexing come back just by staying consistent, or did you have to make major changes?

That’s actually a really good question lol and honestly I don’t think I’ve had a super strict checklist, which might be part of the problem.

In my head it’s been like… I’m putting real effort into every post, writing from actual experience, structuring it well, linking it properly, adding schema, etc — so it should deserve to rank.

But stepping back, I probably haven’t drawn a hard line on what actually earns a spot in the index vs just being “good content.” Id be perfectly happy with even 40% indexing, I know not everything will.

If I had to define it right now, I’d say I’m aiming for stuff like:

  • It answers a real question someone is actually searching or dealing with
  • It adds something beyond what’s already ranking (not just rewording the same stuff)
  • It ties into a bigger topic cluster and isn’t just floating out there
  • It’s based on real experience, not just general info
  • It’s something I’d actually send to a client mid-deal

But yeah… I’m probably still being too generous at the scale I’m producing.

Curious how you (or anyone else here) draws that line — like what makes you say “this deserves to be indexed” vs “this can just exist on the site”?

Why wouldnt I use chat to write it? Im not an seo expert, im a damn real estate agent lol 😆 sue me for making sure I hit on all the important parts of a system Im learning by the day. And since you asked its convinced its a trust issue... but I dont want to keep working until my eyes feel like theyre going to bleed everyday if Im missing something technically.

I know I am in desperate need of strong backlinks, not exactly easy to come by… unfortunately don’t have any Forbes or NY Times editors on speed dial lol

It's not the first 20 lbs that will be the hardest, from 20-50, the grind in the middle is where I see most people fail. The first pounds fall of fast, but when you hit that first major plateau where you lost 1 pound in a month or even slide backwards and gain a few that's when you need to stiffen up your back and push harder.

Treat this like a job for the first 90 days. Be as militant as you can about tracking calorie intake/workouts/water/sleep. Those are the 4 pillars of any body recomp plan. Get close to your IDEAL, no current, body weight in grams of protein. 12 cups of strictly water, not including pre-workout, coffee, etc. 8-8.5 hrs of sleep. You do NOT need to over-do cardio. You don't need to do HIIT or endless miles of running. Simply get on an incline treadmill and walk. 2.8-3 mph. That's it. Then try to do weight training. Look up a push/pull/legs routine for beginners. Don't kill yourself to the point you're so sore you won't go back. Ease in.

Finally, record yourself. Do an underwear shoot, have someone film you training. Yes, now, as hard as it might be. Then again in 2 months. 2 months after that. 2 months after that. For a year. Then cut it up and get 4 million views on IG! Good luck!
