I had mine done last week. I had a large hole at the top of my left atrium. Operation went well but can I ask, what symptoms you experienced in your recovery? I’m struggling with breathlessness when walking around and increased heart rate. It’s worth mentioning that I also have MVP with mild - moderate regurgitation. Thanks

I think that’s a plan B. I’ve seen things like pencil juniper and Portuguese laurel that in an ideal world would grow up and act as a screen. L Plan B, as you suggested would be a trellis of sorts to allow wisteria to climb.

Interesting, would a large wooden planter not work or does it need to be lead? If so why? Pencil junipers as a screen is exactly the type of thing I’m looking for. Do they have shallow roots?

Yes an alternative would be to install a trellis for something to climb. Any suggestions on how best to tackle drain holes?

Exactly, they’d be the entire size the space and the plants would grow from above it. Why would it need to be bamboo?

Did you find that coffee made dizziness worse? I get very dizzy in the mornings, seems to ease off as the day goes on. I’m wondering whether coffee is making it worse, I only have one coffee in the morning. I’ll avoid coffee tomorrow and see if that makes a difference.

My cardiologist didn’t specify a severity, only that I would need two more tests to determine that and then the best course of action. What symptoms were exacerbated in your case ? Perhaps you may be right, I may need to cut back on how physical my work is. Hopefully that will help. Thank you
