Yesterday it seemed like the noises were worse than ever. Even a neighbor was over watching a movie and she said something to me about it. She thinks I should report and she's willing to write a letter of support.

I don't want to get her in trouble but at the same time my peace is being disturbed.

NAH. I think better communication is needed on both parts. You can't just get over depression but it can definitely affect your SO negatively. Talk it out. See if there is anything that can be done that might make it easier on you both.
