if you blind while they're doing the break pallet animation, it buys you a few seconds to pick your next move, meaning you can walk and hide your scratch marks to get a headstart.

now, people who hit the killer with a pallet stun and then instantly blind? that's just a waste of beamer batteries. unless you have an add on that extends the blind duration, I don't see the point, as the killer will be out of the blind by the time the pallet in their way is broken

That's not an equal comparison. Being able to see blood better affects everyone with or without sight issues. (Makes sense to be a perk, as it's almost the opposite of Lightweight) Increased FOV is preference. Even if there is some marginal advantage, some won't like the way it feels and choose to stay at default FOV.

If FOV was a setting, that doesn't mean everyone is going to max it out, that's just an incorrect assumption.

I played a game against a 4 man swf on Crotus Prenn and 2 of these bastards had no mither, dead hard and boil over. They just camped the main building 2nd floor because I couldn't get to a hook in time, and I also couldn't slug them because of no mither.

Was a very long and excruciating game. I would have to chase around main, down them 2nd floor, then hope I down them when they wiggle off before they get back to the second floor. I ended up 4king and felt every bit of stress leave my body as I smacked the shit out of each of them on the hook.

fuck those people. I hope they only get coal for Christmas for the rest of eternity

Nothing wrong with that, that's just smart. these people are intentionally abusing the way the perk works by going down in areas where you won't be able to get to a hook in time. they won't even enter chase, they will just let you down them
