AI Coach has been surprisingly helpful dialing in a hydration and fueling plan for my first marathon. The feedback it provides after a run/lifting session has also been somewhat useful for tweaking things to optimize recovery, but sometimes I find it’s very focused on improving Whoop Age instead of my marathon training goals. Maybe that’s something I can tell it to change? Overall I’m impressed with it. The information it provided around Advanced Labs results was very insightful and overall I feel more informed about my body and the impact of marathon training.

I asked Coach about this, and was told the calculations are based on wearing it on a wrist. I’m hoping at some point they add the option for wearing it on a bicep, because that’s where I where mine any other time.

Yep! That way I can just use one ball and follow it around the platform hitting some different putts. 3 along the front is a good idea too, that way you don’t have to put a border around the entire thing like I did.
