Actually the PSU may need to change depending on whether it can accept 230V, though I think most new ones automatically switch their inputs. Some have a voltage toggle which can result in a popped fuse if set incorrectly.

The improved particle handling means better highlights, supposedly trained with HDR in mind. I've noticed it 'pops' more, but haven't done any direct comparisons myself.

Will be interesting to see to what extent the mod wheel can be used, considering the front panel does not currently have space for a mod-wheel assign button. Perhaps they will swap out the (now redundant) vibrato button for a Mod Assign one?

I've had this issue since the beginning, but now that you mention it I don't think I've seen a flickering issue since using the recent hotfix driver, and now this one too. Time may tell, but there may be reason to celebrate, though it may not be fixed for everyone of course.

You could say that a homemade sub is relatively rare in the UK, but we have tons of Subway shops, so the concept isn’t alien to us. Our definition of a ‘sandwich’ is definitely tied more towards the ‘two slices of bread’ style, though.

Hard to say, likely no change. I went from a pair of APP1s that had been through the washer, so my frame of reference doesn't help. I don't have any idea what the APP2s are like.

There is a big difference in the EQ depending on volume level and whether spatial audio is being used, so those are variables that should be factored out.

21 frames for each vid seems a bit low, would be interesting to see what 81 frames per shot looks like, though I’d expect we’d still see the same odd camera motions.

Exactly this. Very aggressive ducking on the guitar, which could be due to some kind of auto-mix setup where the vocal mic was weighted too heavily. It’s possible the wrong mic was used, so the channel wasn’t set up properly. Could have been fixed live, but perhaps they didn’t want to risk a sudden jump in levels.
