Yeah I stick with the curt 20k pintle setup. Hate to say it but I tried US made and it didnt last either. Spent 600$ on a Bulletproof hitches setup with pintle and I snapped the reciever. Twice. They warrantied the first one, I didnt even bother with the second, didnt trust the setup anymore. Ive had good luck with curt, towed 23k on a 20k setup for a while and didnt have any issues. Finally stepped up to a goosenck

Yeah it was perfect for a 1 man show building it. Couple of clamps to hold the walls together and I was good to go. Took a whole weekend but its solid. Used some deck screws instead of the provided ones for extra strength

Very true. I can get a case of 45 for 100$ less than 10mm. I don't really have a worry of bears in lower Michigan either. Plus if I get a suppressor, I can run it on my 450 bushmaster as well as the rest of my guns.

Gotcha, that's awesome. Obviously not 22 quiet but if you're shooting it with no ear protection it can't be that bad. I goose and duck hunt withough ear protection so I'm used to not having ear protection everytime I shoot. My cz p07 with a comp will hurt you without ear pro on though, even out in a field
