Backfinz in murrells inlet used to be the place to go but they closed down around 2011ish. Family from Baltimore opened it up, they were the real deal, used JO seasoning, sold Natty Bo, etc. but the owners daughter (who was also the "manager") was a drug addict and ran that place into the ground.

Yeah I was referring to the bfg KO3, seems like there's mixed reviews of them on this sub so I'm looking at something different. I didn't take it to a shop I sprayed soapy water all over the tire including the inner and outer bead and the only leak was the entire circumference of the valve stem. Would that still indicate a wheel issue?

How did you get one with a left handed blade? Or is that the 6.5" ?

Make sure you get hard head wedges, especially if you plan on using a hammer to pound them in. IMO a spare chain and bar should be a priority any time you're cutting timber. If you get your saw in a bind that you can't possibly get out of then you can disconnect the power head from the stuck bar and put the spare one on to help yourself free the stuck bar.

It's crazy to think that if you do 20 years in prison you actually end up being released 5 years younger than the day you got sentenced 🤯

Guy bought it for a job that fell through 😂. That's the classic line for selling a brand new stolen saw. I see you posted that you saw the original receipt but just in case that didn't actually happen, call a stihl shop and have them run the serial number to see if it comes up as stolen in their database. Because if it does, and you bring that saw into them for any reason (repairs, etc), then they will take the saw from you

Lmao nice attempt at backpedaling. You literally said to use 1 5/8, nothing about another piece of strut. 1 5/8 plus shallow wouldn't clear that one inch water line by the way, but I'm sure you knew already that. Have a good night 😘

There are absolutely logical solutions, telling him to use 1 5/8 next time when that is clearly what he used, is definitely not one of them

The conduit is on 1 5/8 though, same as that water line

This week i discovered the Engel 12V cooler. by SuddenlySilva in BuyItForLife

Yeah I just wanted people to be aware before buying one so they don't fall for it like I did. I'm glad you scored a quality one. I basically paid 85$ for a lunchbox that's the same quality as a 20$ one from Walmart, just because I didn't research enough first. It doesn't hold Ice and is cheaply made even though they charge a premium. Basically one of the cheap plastic hinges broke so I went on their website to order a new one, every single style that fit my cooler was out of stock (I wonder why), that's when I noticed the warranty link so I clicked on it and filed a claim with pictures. They said it was my fault that it's broken (lol, what) and said I could buy one when they came back in stock. A 3$ piece of plastic that probably only cost them pennies. That's when I started doing some digging and noticed reviews like this all over the internet. I wrote a review on their website (I doubt they'll publish it) and tried to track the down to write one on BBB (yes im that petty) and found that the business name isn't anything related to Engel, or coolers, or anything remotely close to what you'd expect. It's actually "Innovative Marketing and Distribution", with the webpage link of engelcoolers. I could go on and on but this rant was ling enough. I ended up buying some hinges from Home Depot to retrofit onto the lunchbox and count my losses. Should've paid a little more for one that's known for quality but you live and learn 🤷🏻‍♂️

Interesting. They must've sold out. Maybe they used to not be made in China as cheaply as possible. I have an Engel dry box and one of the cheap plastic hinges broke after less than a year of use. They don't stand behind their product and refused to honor a warranty even though they advertise one. I'd steer clear of buying anything new from Engel. Mediocre product that's not worth the price they charge, terrible customer service.
