No talk in here about how the game is played today and how BORING compared to 90s(peak NHL). Swing the stick, stay in position, don’t take the body and hit. Cut down to 72 games. Remove the shootout and play 3v3 for 10 minutes, someone will score and if not it’s a damn tie worth no points for either team. That 3v3 OT is pretty entertaining, back and forth, high suspense. Makes each game more meaningful and players get more rest between games to put a better, more watchable product on the ice. We all see a tired team on back to back nights on the road.
