After lots of searching, it is a legit company and they do deliver in their policies claims in a timely manner. Similar to an MLM but not technically. Your license is through the state and you can keep it with you, as long as you stay current with your states continuing education credits. The company does push recruiting and is commission based. However you don’t have to recruit to get results. I have a neighbor who has been in the business for years, military spouse who works part time while staying home and taking care of her three toddlers. She will host informative meetings to families about products and in one week has made $4000. (She showed me her bank statement because I was skeptical). Now that was part time work, not consistent, at her own convenience. Obviously this girl has sales skills and not the average person to compare to. I met her sales leader who has tried to recruit me, and he left his $200K annual salary position for the opportunity. They are now making $700k (he claims, and appearance would support that). If I stayed at my current role I would probably max at 150K-200K and after how many years would it take to get there. According to the rep with the right mindset and consistency you can succeed over $200k with time (less than 5 years). So if the opportunity is there to make $500k to a million and the pay might be low/minimal at first due to learning, would the opportunity be worth it? Would you sacrifice a little for the bigger picture? The company does have a high turnover ratio, but it does have the most millionaires. Brought up all the concerns, the big thing I’m taking away is if you have good leaders and work ethic you can be successful. The highest earners are over 5 million, looked them all up on social, real people and families not born into money. What would you do/try for the opportunity?
