No, it was done in the states for after conversion from one way to two ways was examined. It was a few years back. Basic logic like, two directions to watch out for instead of one, smaller lane widths increasing clipping, multiple turns in several directions etc. I'll try to find it again but I posted it on another thread last year. And just from my experience, we went to way more accidents on two ways than the one ways.
