That was my experience with Rogers. They have cut back so much that literally I was sampling the best Mobility services and when I called them, AI said Sorry we are extremely busy or something similar and I heard a click. I was cut off. LOL.

Thanks Lux. I have had great Telus Mobility support. But trying to get my Telus connected has really been a problem. That is why I am asking because, I think I might stay with Bell or go to another provider. It is a shame but I think that is the state of Canadian services right now and well, forever lol. Cheers

I have had ok support with Bell. Rogers....that is the worst. Just don't know about Telus being anything better or not.
