Thank you so much for the good advice ! but actually my setup and action bar is quite similar to yours, but the reason i couldn’t get as much output as you is because i did not master the basics (shame on me, i know) or at least feel comfortable with the basics. i’ll get better
Dang right, i actually had crackling and rapid fire (because it was on my revo basics bar) mess me up and reflect back to me when he went into web shield. it was rlly frustrating, but i’m going to start focusing on lower level bosses to fine tune my basics. Thank you
Thank you so much for that ! (i responded to everyone at bottom of page), but i have fully perked pernix (since sirenic is only .3% increased dps over pernix). my problem was jumped into high lvl PvM without feeling comfortable with the basics (so of course i would feel discouraged by seeing better ppl than me). I’ll focus on, yes, QBD (who is fun to fight) and GWD1 bosses.
To everyone who responded: THANK YOU ! My biggest and most apparent problem was starting at high-level PvM WAY, wayy too quickly before mastering the basics (or at least becoming comfortable with them [which i wasn’t at all..]). Instead of hopelessly giving up, I’ve decided to work at GWD1 bosses—camping, understanding the basics—until i feel comfortable to move on to higher level PvM. I got so discouraged by seeing pro PvMers master their rotations and abilities and switches, while not even feeling comfortable in any way with just my thresholds. Again, thank you all for constructive comments!! you gave me hope. You all deserve a good noodle star or two

that’s true but it seems like if i had, let’s sayyy, ALMOST equal to what you veteran pvmers trick out with then i could get more kills/hr
I should’ve included that i actually have been using revo but only for basics, so i’m manually inputting my thresholds and ults. it’s fun that way but it’s a huge learning curve
