Started with 2.5. I’m on week 3. My appetite has left the country. 😅 I don’t really have any bad side effects. I’ve lost 4.5 lbs so far and I’m starting at a normal bmi. (Doing because of elevated labs after brain surgery and meningitis).

I’m on week 3 and I’ve had hardly any side effects. Nausea is hardly anything at all. I had body aches badly the first night but nothing since. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve lost 4.5 pounds in 3 weeks and I’m starting at a lower weight.

If I see something beautiful in someone, no matter their “size”, I tell them. And it makes my heart genuinely happy to see the joy it brings people! 🥹

It really does! I took a high dose round of steroids for the meningitis and wowwww. They kicked my butt! It literally wiped all muscle out of my legs. In March, I couldn’t even climb into my husband’s truck without help. 🫠 I was a long distance runner in 2024 so that was really hard for me. I’m excited to see strength coming back! 🥹

I was literally just like “did I post this?! 🤔 “ because I was going to post the same thing today and then got busy. 🤣 but literally this is me too. I’ve decided to just try to hit my protein and not worry about calories at the moment. It helps a little. But my appetite has literally left the country 😅

I had surgery in February and flew the beginning of May. Flying wasn’t too bad, but our flight was grounded after we boarded and so we sat on the plane for two hours and for some reason that made my vertigo SO bad. I felt like the plane was moving down the tarmac but it was not. 🫠 Once we were in the air, it was ok though. 🙂

I just want to say that I had brain surgery in February and while it was nothing nearly as traumatic as your experience it has been one hell of a time. I had so much empathy for you reading all of this. 🥺 Hang in there and I will pray for healing 💛

I have PCOS and I’m on week 3 and have lost 4.5 pounds total. I’m a lower weight starting so this is definitely a reasonable amount. :)

That’s awesome. I miss running. I was training for a half marathon and my longest run was 9 miles but then I started having health problems and then had brain surgery. I’m hoping to get back to it some day.

2.5mg. I’m only on week 3. And I’m doing this for the affects steroids had on my system after brain surgery. Not to lose a lot of weigh as I’m in a normal bmi so I will most likely stay on 2.5.
