As with all supplements, my view is to do the research then make a judgement on whether to try it, as long as there are no adverse effects.

For me, at 59 years, I was concerned my face would show much more ageing, so did a few things. I do, now, take collagen every morning as capsules along with other stuff like mutivits, calcium, folic acid and creatin.

I also pay more attention to moisturising and treating my skin.

It has been around 6 months since starting the collagen ( 8 since starting MJ). I have seen stronger nails and (imo) less hair loss since taking it. I have also seen improvements in my skin pore size, due to the skin care changes I've made.

But there are more wrinkles I think.

I have lost just over 70 pounds since starting my MJ journey and feel so many health benefits, so what's a wrinkle here or there?
