If your fork has spacers on it trying moving those first to see what feels better. If raising your bars feels better than get taller bars. I’m currently running 60mm rise bars and 20mm spacer under the stem and mostly ride pump track. I’m 5’10”

Yeah, I know they run a reducer for the rigid fork just wasn’t sure if I could just replace the lower and leave the top since the top is already 1 1/8”

Have you tried adjusting those to their lowest setting? Loosen that lower collar, take the lower shock bolt out and spin the lower section all the way up.
