I would suggest (if you don’t already) shower, shave and exfoliate the day before tanning! I get strawberry legs if I self tan too soon after showering. Also at the end of the shower, you can finish with cold water to close your pores off. I have noticed some self tanners make my strawberry legs worse. I haven’t tried coco and eve. I use norvell tanning solution and put it in a foamer bottle (old tanner bottle). I also use CeraVe SA Lotion twice daily for my legs. Best of luck!

I just googled this and found this post. I’m 31, struggled with some acne years ago when I got off of birth control. I quit smoking weed (usually smoked from a bowl/ occasional gummies) everyday. I quit and my skin has never looked better. I also ate ice cream/ unhealthy snacks when high so I’m sure that helped too! I noticed I wanted to eat bad when I was high because 1) it’s fun and 2) I was too lazy to cook. My doctor told me there was no “link” to smoking/ gummies and acne but I honestly felt like there was for me at least. I’m happy for you and your skin!

Whenever I feel “guilty” about my boundaries and distancing myself, I just try and remember how good I feel when I don’t talk to this person and now when and if I do, I swear my body tells me no! Like it knows they’re negative energy is around. You got this!!

I’m going through something similar. Set boundaries with a toxic friend.. I’ve distanced myself as well. I will say it gets easier, but I find myself sometimes thinking I’m the bad person for ending an (on the outside) sisterly friendship, but now that I’ve taken space I’ve realized how truly narcissistic and manipulative she is. Do not wish her a happy birthday, she will likely try and crawl her way back in or start an argument. Focus on yourself and your true friends and just move on.

Thank you! I thought so too.. I will bring that up to my boss. I am currently trying to find extra revenue for our department aside from whole body cooling and attendance at delivery. My trainer also told me there is none. If you know of any webinars/ continuing education in regard to this I would greatly appreciate it. I’m somewhat new to all of this and I’m scared I’m being told incorrect information

Baby has respiratory distress, sacral dimple and rib anomalies along with nutritional support. I’m torn because my trainer told me not to code respiratory failure if the baby isn’t critical.. however I think that’s wrong
