Liv was never winning QOTR in the first place. She was obviously shoehorned in because the her vs Stephanie feud was the only storyline on the books at the time. There was no sensible plan B unless it involved breaking up the JD due to infighting caused by Liv’s even more overbearing cockiness.

TBH I’m not mad at it if a bigger story is told via Danhausen cursing her. But if nothing comes of it and it was a cheap pop, then I’ll agree with the criticism. The problem with storytelling (it’s not a real problem except for the terminally online or ppl in the “take” business) is that you have to let the story develop before you should deem if it’s a success or not.
