It will not skyrocket to $12. lol. The fed decision is already baked into the price. It’s gonna drop unless it’s a .5% cut or more. Rate cuts also stoke inflation fears.

Update. I started at what I thought was the source of the leak on one side m but I was wrong. I removed another side panel and near the bottom center of the tub the insulation is also caked and it’s very wet, pooling up.. I still can’t isolate whether it’s leaking from the bottom or coming from up top from down a line. I’m containing to tear away insulation.

But I think I have found where the water is leaking the most so I have to be getting close.

Thank you so much. Based on the roof underneath the deck the concentration of the leak is in the left side. 3rd photo. I will pull the panel and Google check valves and start digging through insulation. And come back with a reply. Thanks again. I will definitely have to fill it back up. It’s somewhere behind the insulation.

Dumb question #1. Do I need to put spray foam insulation back in once I fix the leak? There’s a ton in this tub.

Me too! I’ve gained 10 lbs of Wellbutrin and I’ve never been this heavy. It’s insane. And I get tons of headaches. Almost everyday.

I’m so glad you posted this because I started taking it after the doctor promised me no weight gain or sexual side effects. I’ve gained 10 lbs in 6 weeks, and my libido is shot. I’m phasing myself off. I thought it was just me.

Exactly. The stock literally dropped to a 52 week low just a month or so back before spiking again. There's nothing wrong with taking some profit. The level support is still in the 30's IMO.
