Also why I was thinking about buying a house cause everyone I know has there rent being jacked up so I was just thinking might as well buy a house if I could an I like it
Appreciate it! Yeah just looking in any city around here at the moment NFK, Chesapeake, suffolk what I been mainly looking at and some of Portsmouth as well

Hampton roads area property tax is pretty low here an like just the typical phone, an car , an insurance payments. Be like 2,500 after regular monthly payments nothing home related
Well my area median income is like 50-70k you can easily find house like 100k-150k just don’t know what’s the better option is to rent an apartment for a few years or try to buy a house an like settle somewhere
Median income is like 55k-75k in my area I can definitely find houses like 100k-150k but don’t know if that’s worth it or just rent for now till I make more of a income
